PROUD Gender Center of New JerseyPROUD Gender Center supports the needs of the transgender community via primary care, gender-affirming surgery, facial surgery, hormone therapy, gynecology/urology, and otolaryngology/vocal training. Services include gender affirming care, HIV/STD testing and support, birth control, abortion, and other wellness services. They offer a wide range of primary care and specialty care services and programs for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) individuals.

Monterey Way in downtown Phoenix, Spectrum Medical provides an array of care options, including primary care, preventative care, transgender care, HIV care, PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis), and PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) for HIV prevention and STI testing and treatment. They offer several support groups and mental health services, an example of one is their unique support group for the Latinx LGBTQ community called Somos Nosotros. Pride InstituteThe Pride Institute provides mental health and addiction treatment resources geared specifically toward LGBTQ patients.

It blends the creativity of young people with the wisdom of elders within the community. The Paths (Re)Membered Project was created to support Native two-spirit and LGBTQ+ people. GLMA is the largest and oldest association of LGBTQ+ healthcare professionals. Gaylesta is a collection of professionals focused on LGBTQ+ mental health, founded in 1987. It’s operated by trained South Asian peer support volunteers, who can provide culturally sensitive conversation and feedback. They also host weekly moderated chat rooms for LGBTQ people ages 19 and under, where they can come together to build friendships and find community.
